Vegan Options

At Energize, the menu is free from animal products except for honey. If you’re in search of a vegan alternative, you can request a substitution with maple syrup. Here are some customer favorites among the wide range of options they offer:

•  Green Matcha Bowl – A refreshing blend of mango, banana, spinach, agave, and matcha green tea. It’s garnished with blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, and banana.
•  Cashew Cheesecake Bowl – Indulge in this delightful blend of banana, date, coconut oil, cashews, cinnamon, and lemon. It’s garnished with blueberries, strawberries, and chia seeds.
•  Healthy Bowl – A nourishing mix of mixed greens, sweet potatoes, avocado, celery, brown rice, raw broccoli, apples, and walnuts. It’s dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Whole Food Plant-Based Friendly Options

Energize is perfect for those following a plant-based diet since they don’t use oil in their cooking. Everything on the menu is oil-free, except for salads. Dressing for salads uses olive oil, however, you can still enjoy the salads without olive oil by using plain vinegar or a squeeze of lemon/lime for dressing, or even opting for no dressing at all.
